Hidayah Hub Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By joining the Hidayah Hub Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:
1. Enrollment in the Program
- To participate in the affiliate program, you must register through our affiliate sign-up form and receive approval. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 40% commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions will be paid out monthly, provided your balance meets the minimum payout threshold of $50.
- Hidayah Hub reserves the right to adjust commissions at any time, with notice provided to affiliates.
3. Prohibited Practices
- No Spam: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using unsolicited email marketing (spam) to promote their affiliate links.
- No Misleading Claims: Do not make false claims or misleading promises about Hidayah Hub products to earn commissions.
- No Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not use our brand name, “Hidayah Hub,” in any pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns or similar forms of paid advertising.
- No Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are prohibited from using cookie stuffing techniques or any deceptive methods to artificially increase affiliate commissions.
4. Promotional Materials
- Affiliates may use only the promotional materials provided by Hidayah Hub or pre-approved materials for their marketing efforts. Modifications to logos, banners, and other resources must be pre-approved.
5. Legal Compliance
- All affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards and FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing disclosures.
- Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in any form of promotional content (e.g., blogs, social media posts).
6. Termination
- Hidayah Hub reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account if any terms are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in spam practices, misleading promotions, or any unethical behavior.
7. Affiliate Account
- You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate account details (such as payment information) are accurate and up to date.
8. Amendments to the Program
- Hidayah Hub reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Changes will be communicated to all active affiliates.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Hidayah Hub is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of your participation in the affiliate program. Your participation is at your own risk.
